I'm dedicated speech pathologist who empowers children, young people and the elderly to communicate and embrace their daily lives, whatever that might be! Iana is passionate about supporting children with complex disabilities, using the social model of disability to foster their growth in any setting, be it home or school. She has a keen interest in working with adults in areas of Aphasia, Dysarthria, Dysphasia and Cognitive-Communication Disorders.

Iana loves working together with families to help both children and adults reach their fullest potential. With a focus on strengths, a dynamic approach, and a celebration of neurodiversity, Iana creates a warm and welcoming space where everyone can feel free to be themselves!

SERVICES

Book a Walk

Iana provides a mobile therapy service, allowing her clients to receive care in environments where they feel most comfortable, such as their homes, their children’s schools, or aged care facilities. This approach enhances the ability to generalize new skills effectively. She finds great satisfaction in serving her clients, many of whom might otherwise find therapy and assessment services inaccessible.

At Sounds Good, we create a welcoming and supportive space for people with different ways of thinking and experiencing life. We celebrate their unique strengths and talents. We support each person, in a unique way, focusing on what they do well and how to improve their environment to help them succeed. Instead of trying to change who they are, we raise awareness and work to break down barriers that make life harder for neurodivergent individuals. Our mission is to promote understanding and acceptance through education and advocacy.

ADULTS

Iana provides personalized one-on-one sessions to address her clients' communication difficulties.

Each session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.

She is dedicated to serving the adult population and raising awareness about communication disorders
and swallowing issues, whether in aged care facilities or at home.

KIDS

communication difficulties. Each session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.

Iana is dedicated to helping children and young people communicate effectively and enjoy their lives.

VOICE

Voice therapy, also known as vocal therapy or speech therapy for voice, is a treatment approach used to address voice disorders, improve vocal efficiency, and enhance voice quality. It's often conducted by speech-language pathologists and can involve various techniques like vocal exercises, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
